Tignes
and Val d'Isere make up the vast Espace Killy which has over 300km of
pistes, a glacier and easy access to some of the most breathtaking back
country and off piste terrain you'll ever see. with the village at
2100m and the highest lift on the Grande Motte at 3455m, Tignes is as
snow sure a resort as you'll find anywhere in the Alps.
The
glacier, which has 20km of pistes and a snow park is open during the
summer from June to August - 7:15am until 1:00pm. A one day
adult pass costs €31.00 and a six day pass costs €150.00
For the 2009/2010 winter season the ski lifts will be fully open from December 18th until May 2nd. A six day adult pass will cost €218.00 and a six day child's pass is €174.50
